Lag marinade av hvitløk, 1 dl soyasaus (ikke den som er ekstra salt), 1 ss tomatpure, 2 ss maisenna og litt pepper. Hell marinaden over kjøttet og bland godt. La ligge i et par timer. Gjerne over natten. &lt;br /&gt;Kutt opp løk og paprika gjerne i litt store biter) og gulrøtter i skiver. Hell av vannet på de hermetiske grønnsakene. Ta godt med olje i en wok eller stekepanne og stek kjøttet på høy temperatur. Stek halvparten av gangen slik at det blir stekt og ikke kokt. Ta det stekte kjøttet i en gryte. Deretter surrer man grønnsakene raskt i litt olje også. De skal vare sprø og ikke surre så lenge at de blir slappe. Ta grønnsakene over i gryta med kjøttet. Bland sammen 2 ss maisenna, 1ss tomatpure, 1/2 dl soyasaus, (splenda)&amp;nbsp;og 1 liter vann og hell sausen over i gryta. Men jeg elsker hver eneste bit jeg putter i munnen og søtsuget er helt borte, utrolig nok! Så denne testen er faktisk ikke bare bullshit, den har så funket for meg. Jeg hadde aldri trodd at jeg kom til å bli kvitt søtsuget, men heldigvis for meg. Det var egentlig det verste i hverdagen min, det var den jeg ville ha bort. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slik jeg spiser nå er på en måte lavkarbo, tror neppe jeg får i meg mer enn 100 karbs om dagen (lavkarbo er mindre enn 150 karbs), og jeg føler jeg spiser så mye digg. Kroppen min har det kjempe fint, og vektnedgang/oppstramming/vekk med cellulitter, er fortsatt bare en bonus. Selv om jeg ikke er tynn føler jeg meg bedre med meg selv. Jeg føler meg mye renere innvendig og strammere i fisken. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kan jo sette opp en typisk dag for meg:&lt;br /&gt;Frokost (10.00): 2 speltlomper med peanøttsmør&lt;br /&gt;Lunsj (13.00): 1 appelsin med litt valnøtter &lt;br /&gt;Middag (16.00): Oppskrifter som jeg legger ut her. Som regel et kjøttstykke med grønnsaker til, i alle varianter&lt;br /&gt;Kvelds (21.00): halv boks med cottage cheese med 1/4 finhakket banan, litt valnøtter og 2 ts sukkerfritt syltetøy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dagene varier litt. Kommer litt an på om jeg er på trening eller ikke. Ofte pleier jeg å ta Cottage cheesen før trening og frukt etter trening. Ikke trenger jeg noe sukker på eller noe mer kunstig søting enn det som er i syltetøyet. Metter en god stund gjør det også. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Så nå tenkte jeg at jeg skulle ta fram treningsmatten og ballen for å ta noen øvelser. Har fått en megastrekk på baksiden av låret så i dag blir det mest mageøvelser. Men det er jo egentlig helst magen jeg vil skal krympe. Men lurt å sjekke på pakken for det er noen syndere innimellom. &lt;br /&gt;- Alkohol kan man drikke det meste av brenneviv, tørr hvit- og rødvin, og noe lavkarboøl. &lt;br /&gt;- Alt av smør og oljer kan brukes i mat, med mindre det ikke er tilsatt noe som gjør at karboinnholdet stiger.&lt;br /&gt;- Alt rent kjøtt kan man spise masse av. Ta kremost, rømme og fløte i en gryte og smelt osten. Del brokkoli i små buketter og legg dem i et ildfast fat sammen med kyllingen og paprika. Sett på bakepappir med ts (trykk de litt ned men det kan være en liten topp på). Stek på 160 gr. i ca. 10 min. Avkjøl&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 g smør - mykt&lt;br /&gt;20-25 g splenda/natreen&lt;br /&gt;3 eggepl.&lt;br /&gt;1 pl. reven kokesjokolade (sukkerfri/70%)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pisk/rør sammen smør, søtt og eggepl til en smidig krem, tilsett sjokoladen og bland/pisk litt til.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ta en god ts med smørkrem på undersiden av bunnene, form til en liten topp - avkjøl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Glasur:&lt;br /&gt;2 pl. kokesjokolade+2 ss delfiafett smeltes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dypp smørkrem-delen av kakene i glasuren (dette kan være litt klissete, men det er vert det) og avkjøl . Ha i alt det andre. Ha i en liten rund kakeform og stek på 180 grader i 15-20 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg måtte steke den på 150 grader i ca 30 minutter før den ble bra, så det varierer jo voldsomt fra ovn til ovn. Den skal være litt "rå" inni. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La den avkjøles HELT (for den er jo så bløt inni) før dere tar den ut av formen. Kaken henger bedre sammen når den er kald. Blir omtrent som konfekt! Kutt kyllingen i strimler og stek dem i olje eller smør. Krydre med pepper og masala krydder. Legg kyllingen i en form og legg blomkål og brokkoli buketter oppå der. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Skjær løk, paprika, chili (med frø) og tomat i tynne strimler og stek dem litt i panna. Legg det på toppen av kyllingen og de andre grønnsakene. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Man kan ikke spise karbohydrater i noen vesentlig mengde. Man spiser da protein og fett i stedet. Dette medfører en spesiell fettforbrenning, som er årsak til de store og raske vekttapene. Denne forbrenningen kalles ketose (se under). Man kan spise forskjellige typer salat, mange grønnsaker, sopp, kjøtt, fisk, ost, egg, noen meieriprodukter. Mat du ikke kan spise er; brød, pasta, ris, frukt (bortsett fra jordbær, bringebær og multe), sukker og søtsaker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hvordan går man i gang, og hva trenger man i tillegg til dietten, som er kjernen i ketolysekuren:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BOKEN "Slank med ketolysekuren'' er en ”bruksanvisning” som forteller den teoretiske/medisinske bakgrunnen for kuren, den inneholder opplysninger til fastlegen, hvis det er nødvendig. Det er en handleliste over de matvarene en trenger for å få startet, deretter en innføring i hvordan man starter. Den siste halvdelen av boken inneholder oppskrifter på samtlige av dagens måltider samt drikkevarer etc. På ketolysekuren teller man ikke kalorier, men man må vite hvor mange karbohydrater man spiser pr dag. For alle oppskriftene er dette oppført slik at det er lett å beregne. Etter kort tid tenker man ikke så mye på dette, og man spiser kun den maten som er tillatt i følge dietten.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketolysetabletter: inneholder viktige mineraler og vitaminer, som skal sikre fettforbrenningen og dempe søtsuget. Dette er grundig forklart i boken. Tablettene inneholder også mineraler man vil mangle på grunn av dietten. Kromtablettene med kalsium tas morgen og kveld og selges i pakker med 100 (7 uker), selen med sink tas til lunsj og selges i pakker med 50 (7 uker).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketolysestix: brukes for å sjekke urinen for ketoner, altså å sjekke at man følger dietten. Bruksanvisning følger med pakken, samt at det er forklart i boken.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketolyse Soyaprotein og Ketolyse bakemiks (melkeprotein og glutenprotein):  Kan bl.a benyttes til brøderstatning, pizzabunn, vafler og til å binde kjøttkaker. Oppskrifter finnes på boksen, samt i boken.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Forumet: Her kan man stille spørsmål til forfatteren og andre kursdeltakere (gjerne anonymt), og få støtte og veiledning. Det kan være en god erstatning for ketolysekurs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En typisk dag: Frokost: egg og bacon. Lunsj: issalat med litt tomat, paprika, agurk, stangselleri, oliven, fetaost, skinke og rømmedressing. Middag: biff med kokte grønnsaker og saus. Kvelds: litt ost, ostechips (osteskiver stekt i ovnen), eller sukkerfri gelé med vispet kremfløte. Drikke: mineralvann, vann, te, kaffe, rødvin, tørr/halvtørr hvitvin, lavkarboøl (f.eks Red Light Beer, Hansa Ultra, Tuborg Lite og Ringnes Lite) og lightbrus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LES "OM NETTHANDEL" FØR DU GÅR I NETTBUTIKKEN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Normal forbrenning: Ketolysekuren utnytter kroppens normale forbrenningsmekanismer på en måte som medfører et betydelig tap av fettvev. Det er altså fettet rundt mage, lår og ende som ofres når du følger ketolysekuren, ikke kroppens muskler som er kroppens forbrenningsmotorer og bør bevares for å opprettholde en høy forbrenning. Når vi spiser normal, blandet kost som består av en kombinasjon av fett, karbohydrater og protein, har kroppen en blandet forbrenning der det både forbrennes fett og karbohydrater (og noe protein).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketose: Når du følger ketolysekuren spiser du svært lite karbohydrater. Kroppen må da skaffe seg en erstatning for karbohydrater til forbrenningen. Heldigvis har alle mennesker et innebygget system som endrer forbrenningen fra blandet forbrenning til fettforbrenning i en slik situasjon. Den type forbrenning kalles KETOSE. Ketosen medfører nedbrytning og forbrenning av fett, det kalles LIPOLYSE, derav navnet KETOLYSE. Ketose er egentlig en forbrenningsform som benyttes når vi faster eller sulter. Når vi ikke får mat må kroppen skaffe mat fra egne reserver. Karbohydratreservene tømmes i løpet av et par dager, og musklene gir lite energi ved forbrenning og spares derfor til fordel for fett som blir kroppens viktigste brennstoff. Nedbrytning av fett i forbindelse med ketose er særdeles smart fremfor nedbrytning av kroppens muskler, noe som kunne være skjebnesvangert den gang vi måtte skaffe oss mat ved jakt. Ketose medfører også at hjernens sultsenter "skrus av" slik at sultfølelsen forsvinner til fordel for økt konsentrasjon og mer energi i kroppen. I denne tilstanden er vi sannsynligvis bedre jegere og i bedre i stand til å skaffe føde, enn om vi hadde vært slappe og bare opptatt av tanker om mat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketolysekuren: Kuren utnytter disse mekanismene som nevnes over, idet dietten endrer kroppens forbrenning til ketose SELV OM VI SPISER mye god mat. At kuren er blant de mest effektive måtene å slanke seg på skyldes at ketose er en kostbar forbrenningsmekanisme, at man ikke blir like fort sulten og derfor spiser mindre, og at mat dermed blir en mer uvesentlig del av hverdagen. Dette står i sterk kontrast til vanlige slankekurer som baserer seg på parolen "Spis mindre - mosjoner mer". Disse kurene medfører ofte sterk sult, slapphet og en veldig fokusering på mat (lesing av kokebøker, matlaging for andre, prating om mat... Kjenner du deg igjen?) Det som skjer når man er i ketose er at kroppens enzymer bryter ned fett til små molekyler kalt ketoner. Kroppens organer, dvs muskler, hjerne, hjerte, etc benytter ketoner som brennstoff. Ketoner skilles i en beskjeden mengde ut i urinen og kan påvises med KETOLYSESTIX, en enestående måte å kontrollere at kuren fungerer og at du overholder kostrådene. Noen ketoner forsvinner ut med utåndingsluften og kan gi en svak acetonlukt av pusten. Heldigvis er det oftest bare den som er på ketolysekuren som merker dette, ikke omgivelsene. Lekkasjen av ketoner, som jo er brennstoff, til urin og utåndingsluft er tap av kalorier og en del av forklaringen på hvorfor personer som følger ketolysekuren går mer ned i vekt sammenliknet med personer som følger mer ordinære slankekurer. Ketose er ikke farlig, det finnes folkeslag som er i ketose store deler av året. De som følger Ketolysekuren kan regne med normalisering av blodsukkeret, senkning av kolesteroltallet, dvs mer av det gode og mindre av det dårlige kolesterolet m.m.
